ORDERING: THE HOUSE of KERRI is simple, fast and secure. I
use a secure server for all my credit card, check and debit card transactions. To order, just click on the "Buy
Now" button and you will be taken to the order information page. Complete the order form so I will have
all the necessary billing and shipping information. Total costs, including tax and shipping will be calculated. I
process your order at the shop, by hand, so you won't see a "Sold" sign under your purchase until payment confirmation
is made, item is shipped and I put the sign up myself. "Hold" means that a sale is pending payment.
If you're interested in something that has already been spoken for, contact me and I will see if I can come up with an
idea. Occasionally, THE HOUSE of KERRI will miss a significant flaw, commit a measurement error, or incorrectly type
information. On those occasions, I will admit our mistakes, sincerely apologize, ask for your forgiveness, and

THE HOUSE of KERRI sends items via U.S.Postal Service (USPS) parcel post with delivery confirmation. Also, priority
mail and express mail available at your request. All domestic items are shipped with a confirmation number so buyers

delivery confirmation cost. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: THE
HOUSE of KERRI reserves the right to refuse any international order per our discretion, and will notify you if
your order has been cancelled. THE HOUSE of KERRI ships all international orders via US Postal Service (USPS)
International priority mail with delivery confirmation. The U.S. Postal Service quotes but does not guarantee 10 day
deliveries. THE HOUSE of KERRI currently ships to most countries in Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia,
New Zealand, The Caribbean, Hong Kong and Japan. All additional import taxes, National V.A.T., provincial and local
taxes and duty charges through the receiving country's Customs Department, is the sole responsibility of the
buyer. Check with your government's Custom's to determine when and how charges are applied and then get back
to THE HOUSE of KERRI. RETURNS: THE HOUSE of
KERRI strives to give you the best shopping experience possible. I want you to shop with confidence, knowing that
you have the ability to return an item that your not happy with. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to select
the right item, take measurements and make sure they are correct, as well as, making sure it is the right color.
All items have the fur type, color and sizing stated in the description. If you are unhappy
with your purchase, please let THE HOUSE of KERRI know immediately upon receipt, within 24hr., via e-mail at thehouseofkerri@earthlink.net or call at 1~253~473~2371, for return authorization. - All returns must have an authorization
with in 24hrs of receipt of item.
- All returns must reach us with in 7 days of authorization ~ after 7 days,
no refund will be granted.
- Claims for defects or items not as described, must have the authorization
of THE HOUSE of KERRI to be returned for a refund or replacement. Simply sending it back to THE HOUSE of KERRI will
not guarantee a replacement or refund.
- Your name and address must be the same as it appears on your Pay
Pal account.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI will not accept returns for reason of; not the right color on you, does
not fit, does not look right on you, only going to use it once. Please measure yourself correctly for the item
you are ordering and please make sure you want this item.
- All returns must be in the original packaging
and condition received in, then mailed back to THE HOUSE of KERRI, insured for full value with delivery confirmation
at the expense of the buyer. If package if visibly damaged, refuse delivery, return to sender, contact THE HOUSE of
KERRI at thehouseofkerri@earthlink.net or 1~253~473~2371 as well as, U.S. Postal Service, to inform of damage. Shipping cost are non~refundable. international
mail custom charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI is not responsible
for any untimely deliveries by the U.S. Postal Service. So, please be advised to order in time for your event or occasion.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI imposes a restocking fee of 45% to be paid by the customer on returned items and another
10% if purchased with a credit card ~ Pay Pal for a total of 55% for returned items.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI
will inspect all items for damage, wear, tear, stains and usage upon receipt.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI will
not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges on custom made items or made to order items.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI
does not allow layaway.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI will not allow returns, refunds or exchanges for any merchandise
sold to customers in a foreign country due to custom costs, including Canada.
- THE HOUSE of KERRI will not
allow returns, refunds or exchanges on E-Bay sales. All E-Bay sales are final.

THE HOUSE of KERRI are very particular about the condition of the items I offer, but please, understand
that these items are not new. A mint, unworn vintage item is rare. Conversely, there is a lot of stuff out
there that isn't in very good shape at all, and we steer clear of those things. Please be aware that when you are
buying a vintage garment, you're buying something that has been around for awhile, and it's probably going to show
it's age or "character" in some way or another. THE HOUSE of KERRI does it's utmost to point
out any flaws or issues, and rate our clothing as follows: - MINT CONDITION: As close to new
as possible. May have original tags &/or boxes, No flaws or natural flaws, stains, or tears. Never
worn. As good as it gets.
- EXCELLENT CONDITION: Never worn without tags or boxes. Pre~worn
with no visible flaws too compromise the item.
- VERY GOOD: Pre~worn, wearable with minor flaws
noticeable only on close inspection and not detracting from overall appearance. Shows normal wear expected for it's age,
but does not detract for it's appearance or wear ability.
- GOOD: Pre~worn. May
have flaws. Wearable with minor flaws noticeable only on close inspection and not detracting from overall appearance.
